I too have attended several Anthony Robbins Seminars, I even did the Firewalk on burn hot coals, & noticed Tony himself was 3 fire walk lanes away from me, working getting people into States of Power, Destroying the Fear, & marching the fire walk at Unleash The Power Within in an Unstoppable Powerful State of total confidence.
Amazingly few people, perhaps as we were so focused doing our “Power Moves” Incantations of YES YES YES! Very few people noticed Anthony Robbins was just a few meters away getting people into Peak State, that Summer at UPW in London UK. Over 10,000 people were crowding at midnight towards the fire walks, either in full Robbins Power Peak States or some in fearful states, doing as Tony said “Fake it until you make it!”
I started back in early 1990s casually reading Anthony Robbins Awaken the Giant Within Book as I saw his Personal Power Audio Famous Robbins Infomercials on T.v. when I later got the audio tape of Awaken the Giant Within.. Man that fired me up to turbo charged success power for sure.
Tony Robbins 30 Day Personal Power II Audio Program I got next & I took Personal Power life or death serious, I wanted success so badly to me as a 26 year old achievement success, goals, had only one meaning – Making a fortune of money & having a flash fast red sports car.
How I was going to get all this I had not a clue.. but I was 110% certain I was getting it and That was That! I soon got a job in a sales job on a performance based pay scale, if I did champion level sales super star figures I could make over $150,000 a year.
Sales Champion I needed to be, so I got myself 2nd hand , the CD’s & Back Track Notes for Anthony Robbins Sales Mastery selling seminar, which is now called the Power to Influence. Just hearing Tony Robbins talk about selling, & Robbins sharing more about his own start on his success journey as a cold calling door to door sales man. That was all I needed, just listening to Tony talking about cold calling & selling, did it for me…
Personal Power II I listened to & did the exercises Tony Robbins workbook set each night, and did Robbins Personal Power course 3 times back to back!
Tony Robbins was not all I had, I also bought every audio & book by Brian Tracy & Zig Ziglar & Think & Grow Rich which is the Bible of success & riches. I listened to Brian Tracy read Maximum Achievement by Brian Tracy & Advanced Selling strategies, & many sales audios for Good Ole’ Zig Ziglar… but mainly I think, as often I did not understand all of say Neuro Associative Conditioning NAC of Anthony Robbins Tonys voice & energy just fired me up, each morning I listen to him as I walked 3 miles to work..
Within 6 weeks in my new Sales job, while the sales cycle look longer to close the deals, my sales pipeline had busted all company records & me only a trainee sales executive you had just been cut loose to work more on my own, & probably only reason I got “thrown in at the deep end” which I never new at the time, was due to a the sales training manager leaving, unexpectedly 1 week before I started my junior trainee sales job.
Tony Robbins, if I was not at work with the phone to my ear from
830am -730pm in the office, I was in the gym at 745pm sharp with Anthony Robbins Awaken the Giant Audio or Personal Power on a big old audio cassette walk man I had, & after running 5km & pumping weights & swimming until 10pm, I walked almost 3 miles (5 km) back home with guess what… Tony on the walk man.
I would replay the mornings walk to work personal power day, remember there was 30 days to do, & one home, I would rip out the workbook & do Robbins goal setting work shop on personal power or what ever it was.
Just for a break Brian Tracy or Zig Ziglar I would have on in the house, walkman or car all weekend, as on Monday, I want to be in a Peal Power State to kick all the other sales guys asses all week, as I HAD… no I WAS GOING To BE… NO that is not correctly accurate.. Anthony Robbins said to VISUALIZE IT… SEE IT AS IT WAS ALREADY DONE!!!!! I WAS THE SALES CHAMPION OF THE OFFICE, THAT DAY, THE WEEK, THAT MONTH… THAT WAS MY BIRTHRIGHT & Everyone of the other sales guys were perfectly welcome to come 2nd or 3rd in sales. I did want by work buddies to do well too… No 1 sales champion was me, & Tony Robbins was in my ear telling me “Fake it until you Make it”, ” See it As done” “Write out exactly your goals as you want them to be” “It has already happened”!
Boy did I sure get the edge fron Anthony Robbins, I was sales sharp, a lean mean no 1 sales champ money making success robbins powered selling machine, & its no secret tony robbins says it on all this tapes, writes it in his books, I heard him say it live at UPW Seminar a few times, but most people do not hear Anthony Robbins Success Secret Tony says made him success, & it is just as important, as the pumped up motivational coaching goal achiving Tony stuff…..
Robbins Power Secret is work hard, work work work work. Put the hours in.
“there is always a way if you are committed” yes… finding or making the way means working 18 hours a day often. You will if you want it bad enough.
On Personal Power Tony Robbins many times says he would be away to work & meetings in morning & not back home until 10pm at night, or he was not in his jacuzzi in 6 months, so he made all his business calls from the whirlpool jacuzzi one day…
OK, so what happened did Anthony Robbins Success Story Inspire me, did his NAC work to get me my goals… Did Tony talking us through NLP “Swish Patterns” to change our Neuro Associtions make me get my goals… well I did them as I promised myself not to miss anything of Personal Power II that is why I did 3 x 30 days of Robbins Personal Power back to back, in case I missed something.
I think, the fire, the spark, the I did it & so can you, & the positive reinforcement got me so excited Tony telling me I could do this because he did it, I just was on a 12 month non stop Power Move YES PEAK STATE… I did not think about the parts of NAC I did not really understand like then a “pattern interrupt” nor was I focused in on the have a romantic relationship power on personal power. As I was single & this was not my goal. But I did do it, as I vowed not to skip any of Tony Robbins days of audio.
Maybe it is a good thing I did not focus on the Relationship advice as I was shocked to learn some years later Becky Robbins who was Tonys wife, Tony Robbins Divorce! Anthony Robbins Divorce… I was shocked… that
Divorce! Tony Robbins divorced Becky Robbins after claiming he could fix any relationship. I will on the success tony get robbins power blog in the future tell you a funny story of how I nearly drowned in a bath I was so shocked when I heard on Get The Edge, Anthony Robbins Divorce.
That year, at the end of the sales year, & I will admit not every month was I the monthly champ of sales, but at the end of the year I was no 1 sales person breaking many records, no 1 out of over 300 sales people in the companies UK, & European, & USA American Offices, me in the Dublin Ireland office was the No 1 Sales champion & earned over $150,000 dollars American USA that year, at 26 years old, and I got my red Sports Car, in fact I set 9 goals , and I got 8 of my goals, averaged I got 80% of the 8 goals. Robbins Power & my hard work got me this success & money, thank you Tony Robbins!!!
The 9th goal perhaps I was not so serious about, I made the goal for fun as Tony Robbins said have fun!! Was to date the the singer of a family, 3 sisters & 1 brother who are famous major Pop Music Group. I figured the singer would be my perfect woman, like Anthony Robbins Spoke of the Woman of His Dreams (Then Tony Robbins got Divorced!).
Amazingly it turned out this 1990s & still famous female pop singer, lived not far from our office & one day, & I never met her, I just decided see her on MTV… I ll make goal 9 on robbins personal power goal setting workshop audio, to get a date with her.
One day she almost ran me down by accident not far from our sales office in her car, & often in months followed walked past me on the street few times a week as it turned out she lived about 1 kilometer away. Was this the Law of Attraction working.. LOL! I think my money success business goals were more important to me, but true as God she was there, maybe if I said hello, I could have made my 9th goal happen, Anthony Robbins would have helped me get 100% on goal achievement.
I did not stop there, I actually did & achieved the same goal Tony Robbins claimed to have done at 24 years of age. Well I have insider information he did not do just as much on that famous Anthony Robbins claim as he said he did. But I did more that what Tonys famous 12 months money making clains was at 24, I did 30% more 2 years after, this period I am telling you about. Thanks to me keeping listening to Anthony Robbins..
